The Final Four in Vegas

Wayne Root: The Final Four in Vegas

This is one of the biggest betting days of the year in Las Vegas. Final Four Saturday isn't quite as big as the Super Bowl of course. And, New Year's Day is always a lot of fun with all the big bowl games (though many of those start early in the morning out here in the Pacific Time zone). Final Four Saturday brings together all the elements that really bring out the sports bettors...

  • A weekend! Whenever a big event is played on a Saturday or Sunday, you can count on jam packed sportsbooks because the locals join the die-hard bettors to get something down on the big game. Sunday games will create the most action because everyone has Saturday AND Sunday to bet. But, the Final Four games are played relatively late in the day Saturday, which gives everyone plenty of time to get down.

  • Something IMPORTANT. These aren't championship games. But, they'll determine who plays for the college basketball National Championship Monday night. There's a lot of interest in these games, particularly this year with so many big name teams on the floor. People CARE about who wins and loses. It's not just another spin of the roulette wheel or another hand of blackjack. People are betting on something they care about, which makes the emotions so much more intense.

  • A great atmosphere in the sportsbooks. There's a buzz for the big sports events that starts early in the day and reaches its peak as the games get going. If you've been here for a big football game, you know that every big play is cheered by some section of the audience. Well, in basketball, it's every basket. Even every blocked shot. Basketball is a great sport to watch in a crowd when you care about who wins and who covers the spread.

I'm widely known as THE KING OF LAS VEGAS because I consistently come through in the most important betting games. I can't tell you here in my web article who I'll be taking. But, I can promise you that I've put a lot of thought into my selections in today's Final Four Parlay that's being advertised at this website.

I've studied Kentucky very closely to see if they truly are the real deal. You regulars know I've made my name by calling UPSETS just when the media and the public have fallen in love too much with a favorite. Will I make a stand on Louisville? You'll have to sign up to find out. I have a lot of respect for both of these coaches, I can tell you that much. And I can tell you that I think the Vegas line in this game is going to miss by a surprisingly large amount. Maybe that means an upset. Maybe that means another big blowout win for the Wildcats.

Ohio State/Kansas is fascinating because both teams are talented, yet both teams have been hard to trust in recent Big Dances. Ohio State's lost earlier than expected a few times. Kansas has lost to teams like Bucknell, Northern Iowa, and VCU as big favorites. Neither is a big favorite today, but either could lay an egg that goes down as another black mark against the head coach in a high pressure situation. I've had great success over the years in this tournament because I know exactly how to handicap games like these.

To survive in this industry, you must RISE TO THE OCCASION for the biggest betting spectacles. To become THE KING OF LAS VEGAS, you have to be better than everyone else at doing that! WAYNE ALLYN ROOT is the biggest name in the industry because I make sure my clients win in the NFL Playoffs, the college bowls, and the NCAA Tournament.  I'm the only handicapper with a star on the "Walk of Fame" here in town. There's a reason for that. You'll understand that reason after you win with me today!

You can purchase my Saturday selections right here at the website with your credit card. If you prefer talking to a live person, one of my representatives can help you at 1-877-766-8946 for guidance. Sign up for the rest of basketball through the NBA Playoffs, or my baseball program, and we'll be happy to include Final Four weekend from college hoops in your package.

Don't delay! The day will get away from you before you know it. It's easy to get caught up in the hype and hoopla as you're watching all the pregame festivities. After a month of madness, the Final Four has arrived. That means it's time to go to W.A.R. alongside WAYNE ALLYN ROOT!
