REFUND POLICY

This is the REFUND POLICY for products and services purchased through any divisions. All Phone Staff will, upon request, advise customers, prior to the completion of any sale, of the following policy and can provide a written copy upon request. In addition this policy will be posted on any and all Web Sites and affiliates of Jim Hurley's Network.

We hereby certify that Jim Hurley's Network, as a merchant, provide both products (goods) and services to our customers.

If merchandise, products, or services are ordered through a Direct Mail advertisement or via the Internet, the guarantee, if any, is included in the mailing, promotion, or specific Internet offering. Any such guarantee shall include terms and conditions for refunds on only those specific services, books, publications and/or systems purchased.

Where no specific guarantee is stated as set forth above, there are no refunds after any service commences. More specifically once the customer has received any selections, no refund can be issued.

Our services are the absolute best we can make them. As the service subscribed to includes sports handicapping information, just as with the Stock Market, our customers must realize that the information cannot be guaranteed, and that past performance is not a promise of future results. What is guaranteed is that each and every customer will receive the service that was purchased in full. Where practical, we inform our subscribers of the source of our information or how it is derived, so that they, therefore, are aware of exactly what type of information they will be receiving, be it handicapped or otherwise.

If a guarantee for services is offered as part of a special promotion, the specific terms of the guarantee will be included in the promotion. Whether such guarantee will be for additional service or a pro-rated refund shall be specified.

If a subscriber requests a pro-rated guarantee, it can only be negotiated with a sales or customer service representative at the time of the specific order, and the terms will be included in the customer's sales record. Such negotiated guarantees will be for a single specific order only. We will provide these pro-rated guarantees in writing at the customer's request. Pro-rated guarantees will not be permitted on all services.

We must again reiterate that all customers, upon request, shall be advised of these policies at the time of their original purchase when ordering by telephone, that the policy is provided on the Jim Hurley's Network Web Site, and that this written guarantee will be provided upon request.
